Ringspo Engagement Ring Survey Competition Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter is: Alastair Smith, ABN 35714077633, registered office: Unit 1, 48 Curlewis St, Bondi, Sydney, 2026, Australia.
2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
3. Competition is open to residents of the USA only, who answer all questions at either of the two addresses below and submit a valid email address:
4. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Competition entrants who enter more than once will have all entries disqualified.
5. The competition will close either:
a. on 29th October 2015, 11.59 EDT, or
b. when 2,000 competition entries have been received
Once one of these criteria has been fulfilled, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
8. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
9. The competition prize is one (1) Apple iPad mini 3 MGNR2LL/A (16GB, Wi-Fi, Space Gray).
10. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11. The winner will be chosen at random by automated software from all valid entries
12. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Survey Monkey.
15. Aggregated information may be used for promotional purposes. No information that could be used to identify an individual will be used for promotional purposes or released to any third party.
16. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
17. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
